Description
Specialty: Interventional Radiology.
Ability to perform comprehensive medical histories and physicals which includes dictation skills. Ability to evaluate and initiate treatment of acute and chronic medical problems. Ability to communication complex medical information to physicians
Maintains close working relationship with Physicians and other mid-level providers.
All medically related functions are to be performed under the supervision of a properly licensed physician.
Communicates with patients regarding testing results and follow-up care
Position Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program, CPR certification through the American Association and NCCPA certification required. Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
The candidate must be board certified and a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a PA preferred.
Background in surgery, cardiology, Endovascular medicine, or Interventional radiology is ideal but not required.
Schedule:
Standard full time schedule, Open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Currently no hospital coverage, weekends, or call is required for this position.
